（一） 设备性能特点：
YTBF系列自动杯型容器灌装封口机是适用于预制塑杯，纸杯或纸塑杯通用的直线步进式灌装封口设备，标准型机架的设备适用于10-300毫升/杯的灌装容量。可用于纯牛奶，酸奶，乳饮料，豆浆，果汁，果冻，调味品等液体或半黏稠状物料的灌装，可定制含颗粒物料的灌装系统；除常温灌装外，也可定制适用于热灌装的系统。
YTBF-J型设备采用卷膜作为容器的封口膜，设备自动完成膜和容器的加热封合及切膜。该型设备都带光电检测及走膜调整装置，可保证封口膜图案定位准确，封切完整。还可加装杯口切边整型装置。
YTBF-D型设备采用预切单片膜为容器供膜，由真空吸盘完成自动取膜，放膜，带光电检测装置，无杯不下膜。
设备机架机架不锈钢材质，模板采用优质铝合金，具有的防腐性。设备的其它部件均为不锈钢及符合食品卫生的材料制造。
